New England Wire Technologies was founded in 1898; a privately held company with an employee stock ownership program that makes every employee an owner. Our Lisbon, NH facilities consist of over 350,000 square feet of manufacturing, quality/testing, tooling/machine fabrication and office space. Manufacturing processes include wire drawing, plating, braid, cabling, and extrusion services. We are an ISO9001:2008 registered company with more than 340 employees operating three shifts, five days a week. Our sales and engineering staff assist engineers and scientists in the development, design and manufacture of the most technologically advanced wire and cable products in the industry... Most to exacting customer specification.
Although New England Wire has served the industrial, automotive and defense markets for many
years, a major portion of our business today supports medical device manufacturers and the medical
electronics industry. Currently our low-noise, high-temperature and vented cables
are at work in pulse oximetry devices, electrosurgical instruments, fetal monitors,
nerve stimulation devices, defibrillators and other medical devices.

Furthermore, we work directly with suppliers to develop high performance materials that do not contain hazardous substances.
NEWTC can make products to meet RoHS, REACH and many other regulations and provide information regarding specific substances at your request.
NEWTC verifies RoHS compliance by means of X Ray Fluorescence spectrometer. Inspectors and internal auditors periodically test raw materials and finished goods throughout the manufacturing process.
